We use spray application of either Dow-Corning 1-2577 Silicone or Humiseal 1A33 Polyurethane. Both are UL-rated electronic-grade coatings. Using pressurized nitrogen gas propellant and 100% UV lamp inspection, a smooth void-free finish is ensured. Use of other coating materials may be considered based on customer requirements.
In-house bulk programming capability reduces overall production lead time and costs.
> Epoxy Encapsulation and Potting
We provide custom machine-mixed and ratio-regulated dispensation of Cytec FR1810, a UL-recognized two-part black casting resin. Our vacuum depressurization chamber ensures minimum surface bubbling and voids throughout the casting.
